Challenges
Unless otherwise specified, in the case of a tied challenge, the win goes to the first person/tribe that sent in their work.
Tribal Council
In the case of a tie, the individual with more past votes will be eliminated from the game.
If neither people involved in the tie have previous votes, or if they have the same number of previous votes, they will have a random tie breaker. I will use the die rolling option to roll a 1000 sided die in the 'Production Crew' section of the forum. Then, the people involved in the tie will roll a 1000 sided die at Tribal Council. The person further away from my number is eliminated.
