TRIBAL COUNCIL #3
"This vote is nothing personal. Out of everyone on this tribe, you are the most inactive. I know majority of the vote will be going towards you this evening and I've decided to just roll with the punches. Take it easy Big Tom!"

TRIBAL COUNCIL #5 [DIANE] "You haven't been around since God knows when... It's nothing personal but you are the most inactive person at this time and that seems to be what the vote has been based on the past few rounds. Not to mention you are from the original Boran tribe and Samburu wants to Pagong you guys. Take it easy!

TRIBAL COUNCIL #6 [JESSIE] "This vote that I cast is nothing personal in the least bit. I have enjoyed the moments we did talk throughout the crazy first half of this game. You are a great girl and I'm sure a strong competitor. It's just your luck that you happened to be on the original Boran tribe. Therefore, that is what I have to go ahead and base my vote on for tonight."

TRIBAL COUNCIL #7 [JESSIE CAMACHO] "Hey Jessie! I'm so sorry that it had to come to this. In my opinion, you should've been voted out at the previous Tribal Council. This vote is nothing personal, I'm just trying to stick to the plan we've had since Day 1 by eliminating all the Boran's. You are a great competitor and were a huge addition to this game, so thanks for playing."

TRIBAL COUNCIL #8 [CLARENCE BLACK] "We really haven't had the chance to talk in this game and I'm truly sorry that I"m voting for you. I guess that's a good thing, because it goes to show that it's truly nothing personal and I hope you don't hate me because of it later on in the game. It's just what we as the original samburu have discussed in doing.

TRIBAL COUNCIL #9 [LINDA OGDEN] You are trying way to hard to control this game. I see this happen in every ORG that I am in. The most powerful person, everyone is afraid to go after.I'm sorry that it happened this way, but I don't like you at times or trust you. And they said I was the one who was a bitch? I'll show them bitch. Take it easy!

TRIBAL COUNCIL #10 [TERESA COOPER] "Hey Teresa. You are a very strategical and maniuplative player. I respect the way you have played this game. I have heard your name come up the most from people and I would rather see Kelly go, but that's not an option at this time. I think you are a great player and I've enjoyed talking with you the times that we did."

TRIBAL COUNCIL #11 [CARL BILANCIONE] "You really haven't done much of anything in this game and I'm truly sorry that I'm voting for you but you and I both haven't even talked that much either. I hope you realize that next time you should play a little bit harder. Take it easy."

TRIBAL COUNCIL #12 [KELLY GOLDSMITH] "This is a throw away vote. It's truly nothing personal. I'm voting for you this round only for the mere fact that I just can't vote out my friend, Lindsey. I've been trying to play this game with values and morals and so far I think I've done just that. Don't take this personally - but I also have wanted you gone for quite some time now just because in my eyes you are a threat to me."

TRIBAL COUNCIL #13 [KELLY GOLDSMITH] "So it finally comes to this, aye? Kelly you are a fierce competitor. You have some made skills when it comes to this game. Otherwise - I don't think you'd be the sole Boran member and this far into the game if it wasn't for your mad competition skills that you brought to the table this season. I think you are awesome, I admire you and I'm sorry that I'm going to have to stick to the plan and vote for you."

RESPONSE TO LINDSEY:Kim, What are some reasons you deserve to win over Frank?"In a sense, I started playing this game from the very beginning. I actually had a strategy set in stone to get me where I am not. I was a very social player, which coming into this game, I knew would be my strong suit. I was good in challenges to the point where I was close to winning but I never did win, that is why I solely relied on my communication skills and strategy of drawing up plans to be executed properly in order to get people out of the game. I fought hard with everything that has happened in this game from the shuffles, individual immunities, being targeted by some of you (or all?), and making sure that I was ultimately sitting in the final two at the bitter end. My strategy WAS to have a strategy."List every alliance and deal you made. How many of them, and which ones, did you break? My main loyalties/alliances were to: YOU and SILAS. Silas put me in one with Linda and Frank, but I never once agreed to it or concreted anything with either of them. I kept Teresa close but we were never aligned. We just talked. Kelly and I talked about the vote and what we had been hearing at a given time, but never were aligned. I had two main loyalties and used my communication, without making promises I couldn't keep. I made a final two deal from the very beginning with Silas, which clearly was unsuccessful.List each tribal council vote you made, and why you voted for that person.1: Didn't attend. 2: Didn't attend. 3: BIG TOM - for the mere fact he was easy to target for being so inactive within the tribe. 4: Self voted. 5: DIANE - She was from the original Boran and at that point in the game, she wasn't around as much as the others. 6: JESSIE - She was from the original Boran and out of all of them, I felt as though she was a strong competitor to risk taking to the merge. 7: JESSIE - Same reasons as above, but this time there were more votes backing up this decision. 8: CLARENCE -
